I was so wrong about finishing the sock it isn’t even funny. TNT umm thats TBS had a Law and Order Labor Day marathon. 14 hours starting at 9 am CST and still going when I crawled into bed at 11. One would think a person knits while watching tv. By a person I mean me of course. Other people do knit while tv watching. Anywho I went to check up on Ms Nanette who is aiming for 10 pairs of socks this month. I am not competing with her sock knitting speediness just cheering her on. She claims to have finished 3 and 3/4pairs this weekend. That comes out to 7 and a half socks. I am not sure I believe her. If its true my pitiful half a sock since thurs night is slow knitting and she better fork over the stripeys.

In non sock stealing mode now–and trust me I am being a real pest about the stripeys– I got an e-card from my Secret Pal. How totally kewl is that? I’m listening to it now. I think you have to belong to something to see it since I tried finding it on their card menu and didn’t. Of course I was assured there were many more choices available to members. Still Blue Mountain has some nice cards and you may want to scope them out. Thank You SP you brightened up my day. Did I not mention I was in a car accident this morning? Ya I backed into something this morning pulling out of the driveway. A construction thingie don’t know what its called. No No No nobody is hurt and my husband just rolled his eyes when I told him. Anyways the card cheered me up when I was feeling just a wee bit down so mwah
