This is the beginning of Conwy socks from the fabulous Knitting on the Road by Nancy Bush. I started them several weeks ago and put them down cause I don’t quite like them. The yarn is Lorna’s Laces in ummm #37 Forest Floor[no longer on website btw so may be disc.] I understand that hand dyed yarns are unpredictable but compare to this:
 Do you see the freaking pooling I am getting in my version? OK the photographed model was done in Jeans but really do you see this horrid pooling? Am I supposed to alternate skeins insocks?!? Wait here is a different angle on my socks…

 Please tell me what is up with that? Plea
